Ronald S. Eiselstein
Inventor & Founding Partner
With a unique background spanning naval nuclear technology, engineering analysis, and renewable energy innovation, Ronald S. Eiselstein brings decades of technical expertise and entrepreneurial vision to 4M Architects & Engineers. A former U.S. Navy submarine nuclear ballistic missile technician, Ron later served as an engineering analyst and liaison for 688-class fast attack submarine design and engineering programs at Newport News Shipbuilding.
Driven by a lifelong fascination with the principles of energy and mechanics, Ron dedicated more than fifty years to researching and developing what would eventually become the patented Eiselstein Energy Converter. Inspired by lessons from his father on the Archimedes lever, his work culminated in a breakthrough renewable energy concept that harnesses the natural forces of water, gravity, and tidal replenishment.
As a founder, inventor, and innovator, Ron’s commitment to sustainability, engineering excellence, and transformative thinking continues to shape the vision of 4M Architects & Engineers. His pioneering spirit and unwavering dedication to solving complex challenges serve as the foundation for the company’s pursuit of innovative solutions and lasting community impact.
